Branch Manager/Operations Manager for 5 million commercial landscape maintenance/enhancements division in San Fernando Valley, California. Must have strong finance, accounting background. Ideal match will also have broad understanding and experience in Landscape practices. Proven performer in increasing profitability and motivating/training up to 100 employees. Minimum 5 years experience in the industry. Prefer college degree in business,accounting or landscape industry related. This opportunity is open A.S.A.P for the right candidate. Base salary approximately 75k 85k but willing to negotiate contingent upon level of experience.

| Branch Manager |
Immediate opportunity for an experienced branch manager to work for a leading commercial landscape maintenance company with career advancement potential.
The Branch Manager's Basic Purpose: Maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, revenue and growth of a branch office through effective management and coordination of customer service, employee training and development, equipment and facility resources, safety programs, and promotion of all corporate goals and objectives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages two or more supervisors who supervise office, sales and operations departments. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these functions.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Base salary 90k to 110k based on level of experience with bonus plan. Great benefits package, vehicle, cell phone, laptop.

Under the general supervision from the president, the branch manager is responsible for all operational aspects associated with the geographical-determined business site.
The successful candidate will possess excellent references, previous experience in branch management or this opportunity represents the very next step in the candidate's career path.
Starting base salary for this 2 mil + landscape branch is between 75k and 85k to start with incentive bonus plan. The goal of this branch going forward is to grow consistently over the coming years. This translates into a growth in compensation and growth in experience opportunity. Vehicle, cell phone, laptop and benefits package is also included.
This position requires a strong entreprenurial attitude and strong business acumen, as well as a solid knowledge of landscape practices.
